Personal Protective Equipment will be worn by all estheticans during services. Clients will not be required to wear masks during facial services but communication will be limited.
Clients will be asked to sanitize hands when entering building and before entering treatment rooms.
Please cancel or reschedule your appointment if you experience symptoms related to COVID-19 including fever, cough, shortness of breath, or any flu-like symptoms.
Digital intake forms are required for all clients receiving services.
In the event of a Government shutdown, appointments will be rescheduled for later date.
COVID cancellations are still subject to cancellation/rescheduling fees if we are not notified within 48 hours before the appointment.
New clients are not granted a grace period. Please arrive on time to avoid cancellation/rescheduling fee.
Existing clients are granted a 5 minute grace period after the start of the appointment time. Once the grace period has passed, the appointment will need to be rescheduled to avoid overlapping with other appointments. Same day cancellation/rescheduling will result in a charge for 50% of the missed service to the payment method on file.

NO SHOW POLICY: THE CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF TOTAL SERVICE AND WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR TRANSFERRED TO A FUTURE APPOINTMENT. ONLINE SCHEDULING PRIVILEGES WILL BE REVOKED. POSH AND PAMPERED WILL NEED TO BE CONTACTED DIRECTLY TO SCHEDULE FUTURE APPOINTMENTS.
If the card on file is declined for any cancellation/rescheduling fees, please be advised the transaction will continue to be attempted for up to 60 days.
