If you are being tested for COVID-19 or were around someone who tested positive for COVID-19, please reschedule your appointment for 3 weeks later.
PLEASE NOTE: All appointments for non-members are considered non-refundable deposits. This is also applied to the total cost of your service which is to be paid at the conclusion of your treatment.
RESCHEDULING: In the event that you need to reschedule your appointment, we ask that you do so at least 48 hours in advance. You may do this by clicking the link in your confirmation email. If you do not see the option to reschedule for your desired date please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can assist.
APPOINTMENT PREPARATION: Please refrain from doing anything special to your skin in the two weeks leading up to your appointment. This includes masks (DIY, homemade, or otherwise), exfoliating treatments( chemical or physical), cosmetic fillers/injectables, cosmetic tattoos, laser hair removal, shaving, eyelash extension applications, and any extensive surgery in the areas that may be worked on during your appointment.
