Tuesday - Saturday : 10 am - 5 pm
The next month's appointments open the 25th of each month @ 10 pm. IF YOU DON’T SEE ANY DATES OPEN, IT MEANS I AM FULLY BOOKED FOR THE CURRENT MONTH.
If you book multiple services for one day, and decide to cancel some of the services within a 24 hour period, YOU WILL BE CHARGED HALF OF OF THOSE SERVICES. Example: If you book a Brazilian and facial, and want to cancel the facial, you will be paying HALF of that facial service. Please read all descriptions when booking.
Please only TEXT the number provided in your confirmation email when you arrive for your appointment. DO NOT CALL THE NUMBER!!
2. COVID-19 Updates
IF YOU ARE SICK PLEASE INFORM ME VIA EMAIL. DO NOT COME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. IF YOU DO NOT EMAIL, IT WILL BE CONSIDERED A NO CALL NO SHOW.
When you arrive to your appointment, please do NOT come inside. Please wait in your car and TEXT the number provided in your confirmation email to inform me when you are outside.
As a common curtesy, if you have recently traveled, PLEASE quarantine for two weeks before booking an appointment. This is protection for my clients, as well as myself.
YOU ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR A MASK WHEN GETTING WAXED. NO MASK, NO SERVICE.
Upon entry, you will be asked to wash your hands and/or apply sanitizer.
Guests: NO extra guests during this time.
Please refrain from bringing large items such as bags and coats inside the service room. You may only bring your phone, and form of payment.
3. Contact Information
Customer service is priority! Please do not hesitate to contact in regards to appointments, products, and/or skin concerns.

4. General Policies
No Shows: You will be charged 100% of the service and will no longer be able to book an appointment in the future.
Late: You do have a 9-minute grace period to arrive to your appointment. AFTER 9 MINUTES YOUR APPOINTMENT IS NOT AVAILABLE AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE NO SHOW FEE. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
Cancellation Policy: You must cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or you will be charged 50% of the service. DO NOT DM OR TEXT TO CANCEL, CONTACT VIA EMAIL OR CANCEL BY USING YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL.

6. Waxing Information
Menstrual Cycle: You are able to get waxed on a LIGHT period. Tampon must be worn.
Waxing Growth: Please allow up to 3 1/2 - 4 weeks of hair growth from the last time you shaved or naired to book a wax appointment.
If you choose not to get waxed, your appointment will be cancelled.
BY BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. FAILURE TO FOLLOW ANY OF THESE POLICIES WILL RESULT IN NOT BEING ABLE TO BOOK FURTHER APPOINTMENTS!
