All booking fees are made final and are non-refundable.
Booking fee is transferrable ONE time. If you need to reschedule to another date or if you need to cancel to re-book at a later time; please do so at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Should you choose to cancel or reschedule in less than the 72 hour time-frame, your booking fee will be forfeited and you will be required to send another booking fee to re-book. Each client is allowed ONE reschedule before 72 hours. (To avoid these issues, please be sure to notify me via email email@example.com before the 72 hour mark if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.)
NO SHOWS will automatically lose their booking fee and will not be able to book in the future.
If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled and your booking fee will result in a forfeiture; a second booking fee will be required to re-book. Please plan your day accordingly so that you arrive to your scheduled appointment promptly. Most of us brow artists book clients back to back with little to no gaps in between. Please be courteous to others and arrive on time. Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes earlier than your scheduled appointment time.
NO guests, kids, pets are allowed at the studio due to possible risk of cross contamination and/or any unwanted distractions.
Every service requires a $100 booking fee. That booking fee will be utilized and credited towards your remaining balance total.
Payments are accepted in CASH/ZELLE. I do not accept debit or credit card transactions.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
